Returns / Exchange
You have 7 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.You must submit the exchange/return form and mention your order number and order date. Scroll down at the bottom of the page to view Exchange / Return Form. If you want to exchange the size please mention the correct size required at the time of submitting the exchange form.
Cancellation
You can cancel an item from your order or the entire order before your products are out for delivery. Drop us a mail at darziienterprises@gmail.com to cancel/amend your order and mention your order number and order date. Item out for delivery cannot be canceled and item will have to be returned. Please refer to the return policy for more details. In case of cancellation we will issue a credit voucher of the same amount with a validity of 6 months.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will issue a credit voucher of the same amount with a validity of 6 months. You can use the voucher to shop any product on our website www.rayray.in
You will receive the credit voucher within 7 days after receiving the item.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all returned goods.

In case of size exchange no shipping cost will be charged. You can avail free size exchange benefit only once per order. Thereafter you will be charged Rs. 100 for shipping.
